Braving the Blaze - Favorite Book

posted Apr 27, 2012, 11:58 AM by Cindy A Christiansen   [ updated Apr 27, 2012, 11:58 AM ]

This is my favorite book by Cindy Christiansen so far. However, all her books are fun, fast-paced, and full of intrigue, so you can't go wrong no matter which one you choose to read. You will always learn some very interesting things about a career, a location, a breed of dog, and, most important, the thoughts and feelings that make us all human.

Here is a book that offers more than just an enjoyable few hours of reading--one where you've learned something as well as been entertained.  This book, Braving the Blaze by Cindy A. Christiansen, has a lot to offer the reader--romance and suspense, yes, plus humor, wildfire fighting knowledge, survival skills and glimpses of human nature amidst the philosophy that issues are never all black or white.  If you like some depth to your reading experience, start turning the pages of Braving the Blaze, Ms. Christiansen's latest book.

Braving the Blaze: A Page-Turner

Cindy A. Christiansen's Braving the Blaze is a well-researched story about volunteer wildfire-fighters. Among them are dog-lovers Dean and Ginger, who have sparks flying around them both literally and figuratively. An exciting read--a page-turner till the very end!
